With so much turmoil going on in the world, it is important to realize that we cannot fight darkness. We have to turn to the Light!
Let us focus our attention on meditation,yoga and breathing, silence our mind and heal on a deeper level: awareness/realization of our true nature as Peace, Love & Joy!
