Namaste yoga lovers! Still keeping your New Year’s resolutions alive?
The past two weeks, we have been practicing ujjayi breathing. The ocean sound ujjayi breath induces tranquility and internalization of awareness. I find it always amazing to realize how simple it is to change our state of mind by just focusing on conscious breathing.
Together with a mix of classical yoga poses, practiced in a balanced flow, it helps us clear our mind from all daily thoughts and bring us back to the present moment, the NOW, the true essence of our being.
Step in, come and Practice, Breathe & Feel with us these coming weeks. Fridays: 5.30pm – Sundays: 8.30am – Mondays: 5.30pm
Yoga classes are for everyone, “beginners’ or ‘experienced’.
