On a deeper level we learn to become more aware of the essence of our being, the Soul, our real Self. With this expansion of Consciousness, we more and more realize the magic, the joy, and the aliveness that is present and being offered to us in every moment.

Meditation is another form of yoga, also called Raja Yoga, the highest form of yoga. During Meditation, the focus is put on the mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. We sit in a comfortable position and practice breathing and meditation techniques to learn how to calm the mind. A beautiful process develops which helps us go more and more within and become aware of our real Self. This will ultimately bring forth feelings of peace, love & bliss.
