Namaste! New yoga class Schedule begins now!
Get on the mat, Practice, Breathe & Feel!
Realize the peace, the joy, and the aliveness that is present and being offered to us in every moment.
Through a series of classical yoga poses, Sun Salutations, breathing exercises and deep relaxation you will relieve stress, calm the mind, become more flexible, healthy, stronger & will feel more connected to your inner peace.
New Schedule as per March 2015:
Wed: 6.30 pm
Thu: 10:30 am
Sat: 8:30 am (Sat class starts Mar 14th)
Yoga classes are for everyone, beginners or experienced. First yoga class is FREE!
