Namaste! Come and enjoy Savasana!
At the end of each class it’s time for …….Savasana.
Relax, let go! Enjoy the reward of the practice.
Savana promotes a state of easy, alert restfulness. Gradually relax every muscle of your body, and experience a very calming meditative state. It will give you energy for the rest of the day/week and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul.
Be fully present in the Presence. Feel! Surrender!
